Brief History

In 1982 in a village near Lumi, Revival came to PNG.

It started with 28 people being baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues). From this village the message of salvation - Repentance, Baptism and Receiving the Holy Spirit grew and it was not long before hundreds and hundreds of people from many villages in the district were experiencing Revival in their lives. The gospel is one of signs, wonders and miracles. People were being healed and their lives changed for the better.

Over the coming years thousands upon thousands were being baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit. Revival Centres were starting up all over the country.

The church has overcome many obstacles with the appointment of local Pastors, Area Leaders, House Leaders and overseeing all this are Zone Pastors. At present there are 159 centres throughout PNG

The Bible principle is "if something is worthwhile - scriptural, then we all do it."
