The way of the world
Is proud and self-seeking
Greed rules man's life as he struggles for his fortune
These are the latter days and the Lord He is coming
All this that man seeks will be worth nothing

Is to turn a blind eye
Is says, look after your self 'cause that's all that matters
There are those that stave and hunger
There are those that are at war
But what does all this amount to
If you don't have the Lord

Are you ready
For the coming of the Lrod
Is your passport in order
Have you heard and understood
What the Lord requries of you, has His spirit filled you
This should be important to you

Is loving and gentle
Come into the fold, be part of God's temple
And at His appearing
We will be changed
